Despite their extensive experience in healthcare, nurses Debb and Sam found Tasmania's wilderness tested their resilience and preparedness in ways they could have never imagined.
After facing relentless weather, Debb began to feel unwell, and as her symptoms worsened, they realised the risk of hypothermia was high and that immediate action needed to be taken.
