To return an item, simply email our team at sales@rescueswag.com.au with your order number within 30 days of purchase and we will begin the process.

Return costs

If an item has arrived damaged or in error, our team will arrange for the return shipping costs to covered by Rescue Swag.

For change of mind returns or exchanges where the item is not damaged, return shipping costs will not be covered.

For orders that were placed with an incorrect address and have been returned back to our warehouse, a re-send fee will apply. Our helpful team will be able to advise this fee when arranging the re-sending of your order. 

Please also note that for change of mind, exchanges or incorrect address cases, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Product expiry dates

When purchasing a Rescue Swag through our website we guarantee a minimum 12 month expiry date on perishable medical items in our first aid kits or refills. If you have purchased a kit through a distributor we cannot take responsibility or guarantee minimum 12 month expiry dates on medical items.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us via email at sales@rescueswag.com.au to resolve the issue.

Our team will be able to promptly assist you with your request and will offer a solution as soon as possible.
